CDO Announces 2023 Workshop

The 2023 Workshop will touch on new standards and guidelines created by CDO and its partners. Join us for Building an Inclusive and Equitable Practice Using Virtual Care & Social Media.

This year’s annual workshop will offer dietitians practical guidance on leveraging virtual care and social media ethically and responsibly. Enduring a pandemic along with technological advances, virtual care and social media now play a significant role in healthcare and communication.  

We will discuss complex dilemmas in practice, focusing on equity, inclusion, and clients' rights. Navigating the virtual landscape can be tricky, and the College’s new standards and guidelines will help ensure safe, competent, and ethical practice.  

All dietitians and dietetic students are welcomed.

We encourage all dietitians and dietetic students to attend one of our four workshop sessions. 

Sessions will be provided in English via Zoom. Registration information will be available on the College dashboard login page. Students can be registered by contacting our Professional Practice Program administrator at practiceadvisor@collegeofdietitians.org
