We are excited to be adding the new role of Manager of Governance & Operations to the College staff. Working closely with the Registrar & Executive Director, this person will help develop and manage strategic planning, lead in the development of governance and operational policy and provide support to Council and committees, human resources, and lead in special projects. We are looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous role and has a deep understanding of governance and organizational operations.

This is a critical position within the organization for a self-driven individual who will work under the direction of the Registrar & ED to ensure that the College continues to operate at a high level in keeping with its regulatory obligations and strategic objectives. We are seeking an energetic Manager of Governance and Operations who is collaborative, proactive and efficient; someone who excels at communications with team members and a variety of other stakeholders, and who can ensure that special projects are delivered on time with all requirements satisfied. Our ideal candidate will be personable, flexible and committed to regulation. A good sense of humour won’t hurt, either.


Full-Time Position

This is a full-time, permanent position with a combination of optional working out of a home office and at the College office in Toronto.

Minimum of five years’ experience in the regulatory environment
