The College is operating a virtual office until further notice. At this time, the best way to contact us is by email at registration@collegeofdietitians.org.

During the  COVID-19 pandemic, the College will:

  • only be accepting payments via credit card  
  • accept electronic transcripts delivered through a secured university site
  • accept transcripts emailed directly from universities via password-protected or secured PDF files

Otherwise, registration processes will proceed as usual. Applicants can follow the instructions below regarding applying to the College. The Registration staff will endeavour to process applications within the usual timelines. You will be notified by email when you become eligible to write the Canadian Dietetic Registration Examination, and/or become a temporary or general member, which will permit you to practice dietetics in Ontario.


NOTE:  Courier and hand-delivered packages cannot be received at the College. Please use mail or registered mail to deliver your packages. They will be rerouted to an alternative address.

To practice using the title of dietitian within Ontario, you must be registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Applicants should plan ahead and be aware of their professional obligations once they become members of the College. Click here for more information.
