As we move forward into a new year, I spent some time reflecting on the lessons learned through the two incredibly significant events of the year — the COVID-19 pandemic and the racial unrest in Canada and beyond. To avoid repeating tragic and painful histories, I feel that we must seize these opportunities to learn and improve.
